How does it Work?

Simply contact us for a quote by reaching out via email, phone, or text message. You may also fill out our client intake form in the link above. Please provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the type of document, and the number of notarizations required.



Once you have received a quote, you may book an appointment, select a date and time that works best for you, and submit your payment. If you are booking an online appointment, please upload your documents upon booking the appointment.





Meet your notary at the scheduled appointment time. Please have all documents. necessary identification, and payment (if paying in person) readily available. For online appointments, please follow the instructions provided by your notary.

What type of identification can I use?
In order to have a document notarized, you will need to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a driver's license, passport, or state identification card. The identification document should be current and unexpired.
Do I have to be physically present for the notarization?
Yes, in most cases, your physical presence is required for notarization as the notary public needs to verify your identity and witness your signing of the document to ensure its authenticity. However, there may be exceptions or alternative methods available depending on the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, such as remote online notarization.
The fees are typically determined based on various factors, including the type of document being notarized, the number of signatures involved, distance of travel, time spent at the appointment, and any other additional services. Our specific fee structure is based on industry standards and will be provided to you upon inquiry or during the appointment scheduling process.

How do you determine your fees?

Can anybody act as a witness for my notarization?
A witness should be someone who is not a party to the document and who has no financial or personal interest in the transaction. Additionally, the witness CANNOT be an immediate family member such as a parent or a sibling. They must be at least 18 years old and provide unexpired government issued photo identification.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer a wide variety of payment options. Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. You may submit payment online via the Payment Form or we accept payment at your appointment. If you are paying cash, please bring exact change.
Are you able to provide legal advice?
No, a notary public is not authorized to provide legal advice. They can only act as a neutral witness and verify the identity of the signatories. If you require legal advice, it's recommended to consult with an attorney.
