Do I have to be physically present for the notarization?

How do you determine your fees?
Can anybody act as a witness for my notarization?
A witness should be someone who is not a party to the document and who has no financial or personal interest in the transaction. Additionally, the witness CANNOT be an immediate family member such as a parent or a sibling. They must be at least 18 years old and provide unexpired government issued photo identification.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer a wide variety of payment options. Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. You may submit payment online via the Payment Form or we accept payment at your appointment. If you are paying cash, please bring exact change.
Are you able to provide legal advice?
No, a notary public is not authorized to provide legal advice. They can only act as a neutral witness and verify the identity of the signatories. If you require legal advice, it's recommended to consult with an attorney.
