1. Service Description
1.1 The Company provides assistance with obtaining apostilles for documents from the designated authorities, such as the Department of State.
1.2 The Company will act as an intermediary and will submit the Client's documents to the appropriate authority for the issuance of an apostille.
1.3 The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete the Services within the agreed-upon time frame, but it does not guarantee any specific processing or delivery times.
2. Document Protection and Liability
2.1 The Company shall exercise reasonable care in handling the Client's documents during the provision of Services. However, the Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs to the documents while in transit, including those caused by shipping courier services. The Client acknowledges that any shipping arrangements are separate and independent from the Services provided by the Company.
2.2 The Company strongly recommends that the Client obtain appropriate insurance or take necessary precautions to protect their documents during transit.
2.3 The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the documents caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, fire, theft, or third-party interference.
3. Apostille Issuance and Validity
3.1 The Client acknowledges that the validity and acceptance of the apostille are determined solely by the receiving party or the relevant authority in the destination country. The Company does not guarantee that the apostille will be accepted or recognized by any third party.
3.2 The Company shall not be held liable if the Client, for any reason, detaches or alters the apostille, resulting in its invalidity or ineffectiveness. The Client acknowledges that the apostille is issued and attached to the document by an authorized person at the Department of State, and any tampering or detachment by the Client may render the apostille invalid.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and supporting documentation necessary for the provision of Services. The Client acknowledges that any delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the processing time or outcome of the Services.
4.2 The Client shall ensure that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or authority to request apostille services for the documents submitted to the Company.
4.3 The Client shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the submission of documents for apostille services.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 The Company recognizes the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's documents and personal information.
5.2 The Company will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Client's information. However, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security or confidentiality, and the Client acknowledges that the transmission of information over the internet or through other electronic means is not completely secure.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 The Client agrees to pay the fees specified by the Company for the provision of Services. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise specified in this Agreement or as required by applicable law.
6.2 The Client shall make the payment for the Services in the manner specified by the Company, and the Services will commence only after payment has been received.
7. Limitation of Liability
